Spring has Sprung at Yarner

It’s been another busy week here at Yarner House and we have been visited by all types of weather, even snow! But, we have been treated to another wonderful rainbow, the magnolia is in bloom, and birds are filling the air with song; spring has arrived!

This means the Yarner gardeners have been hard at work, and with all the lawns freshly mowed, we even roped them in for a bit of furniture removal in preparation for our first ever High Tea to be held on Mother’s Day!
Plans for this special event are almost complete and although we have boxes of vintage cake stand to assemble, we were rather excited to receive some incredible eggs from Widecombe Farm (and even more thrilled at the prospect of at least 1 double yolker!)

We do still have a few places left for Mother’s Day if you haven’t yet made plans to treat your Mums and Grandmas, just call us on 01364 661503 or click here for more information: bit.ly/2lPhYbM
On a final note, we are very happy to announce that we have just taken the first steps in joining the Visit Dartmoor family! We can’t wait to be full members of this acclaimed tourism organisation – watch this space for more news coming soon!
