Approached by a wooded drive of nearly a mile long, nestling in the hills on Dartmoor lies Yarner, a private 250 acre estate with magnificent views overlooking the Wray Valley and ancient Yarner Wood.

This secluded special place offers you the chance to arrange and organise your wedding day to suit your taste and your pocket.

The ceremony can be as brief as you wish or you may like to include readings or music. The wedding room can accommodate 65 seated guests, with an additional 12 guests in the gallery, or 85 standing.

For your reception, we can offer silver service for up to 48 guests or, if you prefer, a buffet.

Maja Holman is personally responsible for producing lavish and unusual floral arrangements and draped decorations, all of which can be toned to a particular colour scheme to suit you.

We can also arrange for evening parties with live music or disco and with a pay bar, if required.

If you wish to end the day with a spectacular finale, firework displays can be arranged. Helicopters and hot air balloons can land directly in front of the house (grid reference SX 770784).
